Barbecue Parts Depot – Returns Policy
Return Authorization Required: Contact Customer Service at **1‑888‑528‑0885** to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back. Packages shipped without an RA may be refused.
Return Address: Ship all approved returns to Barbecue Parts Depot, 1802 Chico Ave, Suite B, South El Monte, CA 91733.
Condition of Returns: Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage. If a product is returned damaged or appears used, the return may be refused and the item shipped back to you at your expense.
Refunds & Restocking Fee: After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Parts returned in their original manufacturer’s box with all paperwork are not subject to a restocking fee. Returns in other packaging or missing items incur a 15 % restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
Impact of Free Shipping: If you return items from an order that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund along with any applicable restocking fees.
Defective, Damaged or Missing Parts: Inspect your order upon delivery and notify Customer Service of any damage, defects or missing parts within 2 days; photos may be required. After the second day, items cannot be reported as damaged or returned for exchange/refund.
Electrical Parts: Returns on electrical components (motors, switches, wiring, lights, etc.) are accepted only within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. After 7 days these parts are non‑returnable; warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer.
