Lynx 90181 Trident Burner Screen for 30", 42" & 54" Grills
Product Description
A damaged screen can often be replaced separately when the long Trident burner housing and ceramic emitter remain serviceable. Lynx part 90181 protects the ceramic infrared surface of the compatible long Trident burner.
You may be able to replace only the screen if the burner and ceramic surface are still sound. Check the full infrared burner first. This helps you replace the failed part instead of buying more than you need.
Key Features
- Lets the protective screen be serviced separately from a usable infrared burner.
- Helps shield the ceramic emitter from cooking debris and accidental contact.
- Follows the original screen shape and orientation for the burner.
Compatible Applications
Applicable 30", 42", and 54" Lynx grills equipped with Trident ProSear2 burner 33415.
Production series: No broader series-wide interchangeability is confirmed; verify the complete model and original configuration.
Fitment and Ordering Notes
Find the model and serial label before you order Lynx part 90181. Check the model, production series, and old part. Do not confuse this part with four-piece short-burner screen kit 90179. A similar look, grill width, or size does not prove that the part will fit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find my Lynx model and production series?
Check the rating label for the full model and serial number. The label may be near the control panel, cabinet, or grill body. Check the owner's manual if you cannot find it.
When should only the infrared-burner screen be replaced?
A screen-only repair may work when the mesh is damaged but the burner and ceramic surface are still sound.
Can an infrared screen be cleaned instead of replaced?
Light dirt may come off with the cleaning method in the grill manual. Replace mesh that is torn, bent, falling apart, or unable to stay in place.
Does screen position matter during installation?
Yes. Edges, openings, and shaped pieces must go back in the same place. Take a photo before removal and use the correct parts diagram.
