A failed legacy ProSear burner can take the adjustable infrared cooking zone out of service even when the surrounding grill remains usable. Lynx part 33000 produces an adjustable infrared cooking zone for searing and controlled direct heat.
The right replacement can bring the cooking zone back into use. Check the supports, screens, ignition parts, and gas parts at the same time. Another failed part can look like a bad burner.
