The protective mesh over a short legacy ProSear burner can be serviced separately when the underlying burner remains sound. Lynx part 32243 protects the ceramic infrared surface of the compatible short ProSear burner.
You may be able to replace only the screen if the burner and ceramic surface are still sound. Check the full infrared burner first. This helps you replace the failed part instead of buying more than you need.
