The Blaze Kamado Easy Light Indirect Cooking System With Moisture Enhancing Pan allows you to cook with indirect heat. This is done with the included charcoal basket which directs heat from one side of the Kamado grill and when combined with the optional rotisserie kit you can experience infrared cooking heat. The charcoal basket has a lower chamber that works as a chimney starter, which allows for easy charcoal starting. This system also comes with a drip pan that will catch essential dripping or can be used as a water pan for adding moisture. The whole system is constructed from 304 stainless steel.
