Timed Gas Shutoff for Compatible Fire Magic Grill
Product Description
The Fire Magic 3092D is a one-hour timer installed in a compatible grill's gas supply line. Set the dial before cooking, and the timer shuts off gas flow when the selected time runs out. It adds a timed shutoff for installations where a grill may otherwise be left on longer than intended.
Key Features
- Dial markings at 20, 40, and 60 minutes; settings between the marks are estimates.
- Automatic gas shutoff when the dial returns to OFF.
- Suitable for compatible natural gas and propane applications.
- Can be installed horizontally or vertically when the manufacturer's installation requirements are met.
Fitment and Ordering Notes
- Confirm that the grill's gas demand, supply pressure, and piping meet the specifications in the 3092D instructions.
- The timer is a secondary shutoff. It must be installed between the required primary gas supply shutoff valve and the appliance; it must not be used as the primary shutoff valve.
- Fire Magic requires the timer to be at least 18" from the appliance and no more than 6 feet away. It must remain accessible and be protected from high temperatures and outdoor elements.
