This griddle is constructed with heavy-duty commercial grade 304 stainless steel. Because of its 13 gauge high heat conductive design, it provides a new way of barbecuing your favorite foods, you can either use it as a drop-in or surface top style griddle. It can be used on your current Sunstone grill, or with any existing compatible BBQ grill or side burners.
The unit is easy to clean, the drip tray can be emptied while grilling - but always remember to use gloves to protect your hands from hot parts.
