For all exchanges and returns, customers must contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of purchase by email, CRM, or by calling 1-888-528-0885 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please provide the following information to begin the RMA process.

  1. The purchase order number - Example: BPD-GD-xxxx
  2. Reason for the return - Example: "Wrong part"
  3. The purchased item part number
  4. The amount of purchased items being returned
  5. If you want a refund, replacement, or different part

Please do not ship the package to us unless you have been given an RA number. Since some products do not ship from our shipping dept, the return address on the package slip may be the wrong address to ship the part back to, therefore products shipped to the wrong warehouse will be refused!

All exchanges and returns should be:

  • Returned in the original packaging as shipped 
  • Have the original receipt or copy of the original receipt 
  • In its original condition (Product CAN NOT be used) 
  • A valid RMA before sending the return

Please properly package your return part to prevent damage. If the box or part is returned and appears damaged, we reserve the right to refuse your return, and you will have to file a claim with the shipping company. Once all returned items have been inspected and deemed returnable, we will issue a refund back in the form that payment was made. If the part appears to have been used/installed upon receipt, a refund will not be issued, we will notify you that the item appears to be used by email or phone call and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Free Shipping - If any or all items from an order that qualified for Free Shipping are returned for a refund. Free Shipping is voided and Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount along with restocking fees. 

Restock Fee - All parts returned in the manufacturer’s box which includes all instructional paperwork and product parts will be exempt from any restocking fee. Parts returned in other packaging or missing items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be taken from the amount to be returned to the customer.

Defective, Damaged, or Missing Parts - We thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery and maintain the original packaging until you are satisfied that your order is complete. In the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. At times, pictures of the damaged item may be required prior to determining a resolution. You must contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery to report damaged, missing or defective merchandise. After the 2nd day, the product cannot be reported as damaged, defective, or missing parts, and/or returned for exchange or refund.

Electrical Parts - We will ONLY accept returns on electrical parts within 7 days from the delivery date, they must be in the original packaging and have not been installed. Beyond the 7-day period, all electrical parts: including lights, wiring, motors, and switches, are non-returnable. And it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer to file any warranty claim for their product. We will provide you with any paperwork: order numbers, etc to file your claim with the manufacturer.
